Mr Sammie Buchannon was such a breath of fresh air when I went in for my automobile purchase. He was very genuine and knowledgeable about every BMW that I had considered purchasing, he even anwsered my questions before I could think about them. Mr. Hargraves was very patient, kind, knowledgeable and friendly. My experience at this dealership really made me have that much more respect for BMW. i would recommend them to anyone who is considering owning a quality driving machine.

From the time I walked on the lot until I walked out of the dealership with my new BMW, I was treated like I was the first lady. I was given a clear explanation of all my options including a new versus a used car, financing options, extended warranty options, and the operations of my new car. All my questions were answered without hesitation. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a BMW and Joe Hargraves is the person you want to see. Matt worked his behind off to get the best deal possible for my wife and I. He was knowledgable, professional, courtious and dedicated. I, in all honesty, cannot say enough about both Matthew and Casey BMW...it's hard to put into words just how good they really are. A very courteous and professional staff that one could deal easly with no feeling of being pressured. Very knowledgeable on the many models. I was a fun experience that both my wife and I enjoyed. I will definitly recommend to friends. We are also new to the area and felt welcome on the first and successive visits.

Excellent buying experience! Matt was very knowledgable of cars and features, made the whole experience a fun event. The entire staff at Casey BMW was friendly and welcoming. Expereinced no "cut throat" indications between sales staff that I have seen other dealerships. Everyone was helpful from entering the site through leaving with my new Z4! Fantastic!

My car was totaled in a rear-end collision. Mr. Williams quickly found me a replacement Sebring convertible that was actually a year younger with less mileage. With the assistance of the dealership's manager and staff, an excellent, very affordable price was achieved. The few things (a brake issue and battery)that needed to be tweeked were done quickly and efficiently. I couldn't have asked for a better experience to offset a very scary situation. This was not my first visit to a BMW dealership, but because of the attention and customer service it is where I purchased. I have never owned a BMW but I did lots of research prior to buying from Casey. Everyone at this dealer treated me well, and they were very friendly. The entire process was a pleasant one, and they went above and beyond to accomodate my desires. I would recommend this dealreship to anyone who's looking or serious about buying.

On of my best buying experiences cant say enough about the Sales Manager, Lloyd Howell and the Salesman Joe Hargreaves. Each time i contacted either of them during the sales process and delivery schedules every time I felt that they were totally focused on m y questions and never failed to reach out to me if I left a message. I’m confident that they will continue to assist after the delivery of my new BMW…..
