Lloyd was very friendly and was waiting for me upon my arrival at the dealership. My paperwork was ready and he was respectful of my time. I was showed around the entire dealership and I was very impressed,they even have a fitness room that customers can use!
Sammie was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure during the selection process. Sammie took me through the paper processing at a fast pace. He made sure all of the t's were crossed and i's dotted. He was very proficent and courteous my entire visit.
Sales person was knowledgeable about BMW products and was very helpful in locating the vehicle we wanted. Overall, there was a friendly atmosphere in the dealership which made for a pleasant experience.
Lloyd Howell responded to my Internet inquiry promptly and courteously, was respectfully persistent in encouraging my spouse and me to visit, discussed the advantages and disadvantages of a vehicle we were considering and arranged for a test drive of a one-owner, low-mileage, absolutely spotless recently traded vehicle that was more appropriate for our neeeds and with which Lloyd was personally familiar. Mr. Buckanon is a stellar salesman, making me feel very comfortable and was extremely helpful throughout the sales process. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used BMW to ask for him by name! The only suggestion I'd make to improve the process is the contract preparation. I was in the dealership to have some service work done and had not intended to buy a car. I struck up a conversation with Sammie and after hearing what kind of car I had been driving and for how long, he mentioned they had a great deal that he thought I might like. Lloyd Howell is a wonderful man. I had a little different situation then most and he was able to work things out so that I walked out in a 2012 X3! Something I didn't think was possible. All of the staff I dealt with were friendly, courteous, and respectful. Lloyd even played with my three year old son so I could sign paperwork and such. I feel like I'll never own anything but BMW and definitely buy from Casey-Lloyd again!
