Lloyd Howell was a pleasure to do business with. I have a busy schedule, and he accommodated me every step of the way. Whether it was phone calls or emails, he kept me informed of every step of the process. The whole staff was just as nice. When closing the deal, I got to speak with the manager and other sales people. It was a refreshing experience from beginning to end. Thanks Lloyd, and thanks Casey.

I am not a big fan of Car Dealerships, but there was something different about this one. I called ahead to make sure they had a used car that I saw online and they assured me it was there. When my wife and I arrived, Ryan Thomas meet us as I was getting out of the car and let me know that they were finishing up cleaning the car I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership I was meet immediately with a smile. I had only stopped in to take a look. Ryan was so helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with, the look developed into a sale. Ryan is delivering my new BMW this evening. Everyone I have meet at Casy is very friendly and professional. Great Customer Service.

Sammi was wonderful to work with. He is a top salesman who knew his product and how to sell it. I hadn't made up my mind if I wanted a BMW or another brand, but he convinced me the car was the best--and it is! He is great.

Regarding Dan-No pressure, quick, accomodating and very nice. The follow-up is excellent. I would highly recommend Dan and Casey BMW.I was comparing the exact car at two different dealerships and chose Casey because of Dan. I typically hate buying cars, but it was a pleasure. I was given a tour of the service area and it is top notch.

We just purchased a 2011 BMW from the greatest sales associate we have encountered from Casey BMW Newport News. I have purchased several new vehicles all different types and brands. This was the first time in a BMW dealership. I will now go nowhere else, unless Lloyd Howell is there! Our visit was very relaxed and rewarding. I came in with certain "must haves" and ideas. Lloyd worked with me to get the most for my money and desires.
