This dealership was very accommodating and all about getting me precisely what I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. They were very direct at answering my questions and did not try to talk me into what they wanted me to buy, but instead they focused on getting me what I was looking for! Great experience! Give them a chance if they are within a reasonable driving distance. They saved me more than $1300 over my local dealers.

Sammie was not your typical pusshy salesman. He let the car and dealership sell itself. He has a grat personality. Requiring financing to obtain rebate is stupid because the loan can be paid off at any time.

Dan was very helpful throughout the process. He even followed up with a call after we purchased the vehicle to ensure our satisfaction. It was a pleasurable experience that did not feel like we were being pressured on all sides to purchase. We were made to feel that the final decision was (always) ours and they (Dan) provided the information we needed to make that decision. We love our new vehicle!!

Ryan Thomas went the extra mile with me during the purchase of my current BMW. This is my third BMW but I must say the most enjoyable experience to date. Our overall experience with Casey BMW, and our client advisor, Sammie Buckhanon, has been stellar. Sammie is very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He worked with us, and made us feel like family. We bought a 2012 X3 28i, and feel we were given a fair price. No games, no pressure. We definitely recommend Casey BMW, and Sammie in particular!!

Our experience could not have been better. Dan, our sales person, was informatative, intuitive and friendly. We were thinking of buying a used BMW elsewhere, but were so impressed with the customer service and atmosphere at Casey BMW, we wanted to do business with them and ended up purchasing a new vehicle.
