Lloyd Howell was great to work with, very knowledgeable about the car and very friendly. The used 2011 335i I bought was very clean and in great shape and I got a great price on it. Since I wasn't trading in a vehicle, I had to leave my truck at Casey BMW overnight and Lloyd brought it to my house the next morning, an hour's drive by the way. I went to Casey to have my 3 Series serviced. While I was waiting I had to check out some new cars. Ryan Thomas asked me if I needed help and I test drove 2 2011 new 5 series cars. Ryan was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. I was interested in another brand of car but Ryan was very conscientious in contacting me about test driving a 2012 528I. I did so at another dealership but Ryan kept up the contact and was always very pleasant.

My car buying experience with Casey BMW and Lloyd Howell could not have been better. I was able to negotiate the deal entirely by e-mail and phone, which was important to me because the dealership was 45 minutes away. They were able to find the exact car for me that other dealers couldn't seem to find, and at a price that other dealers couldn't/wouldn't match. Great customer service and they did not make it a all day buying experience . We looking for a used vehicle and came out with a new one. Lloyd and general manager jimmy( I think) were great.

Your service and product made it easy to switch from Porsche to BMW. As a traditional Mercedes customer we view you at par if not better than the service at Mercedes and head and shoulder above Porsche. We assume that your maintenace and repair service will be just as satisfying.
