This is the second time I’ve gone to Casey to purchase a BMW, and I will go back. Lloyd Howell was the sales rep, and he did a great job. What I appreciated most about this buying experience was MR Howell’s knowledge of BMWs and his prompt and detailed follow up. I would highly recommend Casey BMW and MR Howell in particular…he is a true professional.

Sammie was the best. He actually made the painful process of buying a car nice and pretty quick. He did not play games and so brought a 2012 BMW 528i.

Our experience with Casey BMW, and especially with Lloyd Howell, was very positive and enjoyable. Over the course of one week, during which we were selecting and purchasing a new BMW, Mr. Howell was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He was also promt and responsive in meeting with us and responding to phone calls and emails. The dealership showroom is clean, uncluttered, and quiet - - a very nice atmosphere. The Casey BMW team is very customer focused and enjoyable to work with.

My experience was absolutely outstanding in every sense. Prior to visiting Casey BMW I had already received several bottom line prices on a used BMW 530i and some trade-in offers on my car from other dealers. The overall proess was good. Matthew was very friendly and helpful. Everyone in the dealership was professional and knowledgable about the cars. Matthew worked hard to earn about business. Did not enjoy the negotiation process but that is a part of car buying.

matt was very at his job! he answered all my question that i need to no and treated me and my family with the up most respect! he got us the best deal possiable and i would buy from him again! everybody at casey made us feel welcome!matt found exactly what i wanted in my car and took the time with me and went over evrything with me about my car and made sure i knew my car inside and out! i will recommed him to my family and friends!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had with any purchase of all three BMW dealerships. This is the third BMW that I have owned and Matt made it happen. My wife and I purchased a BMW 335I late last week and the service was great. We worked with Mr. Sammie Buckhanon. Sammie listened to the needs of my family and helped us find the right vehicle.
