This is my first BMW purchase. The new owner service is wonderful! To have someone sit with you to show you how to use the options is second to none. That one on one service cannot be beat. Jimmy represents your business extremely well. He is courteous, accommodating and knows his job. He is also patient. It is great to see a young man that loves what he does.

I have worked with Joe several times over the years. We ordered a 2015 X5 the way I wanted it and we were very pleased with his knowledge and help getting what I wanted. If it were not for him and Joe B. in service I may not have purchased from Casey. I have to say that by far the BMW dealership has the best sales people and service writers. This is my third BMW I've purchased from Casey BMW, Newport News with Joe Hargraves as my salesperson. He is very knowledgeable with what he sells and answered every question I had written down when I went in. He knew I wanted the X5 with everything on it and there it was.
