Bradford is a very knowledgeable auto finance professional and helpful with options. My one concern is that he seems to be compensated on "up sell" so was a little pushy on the post-purchase warranties and policies.
I wanted to extend my initial warranty with an extended one and had some communication issues getting that accomplished. After moving my request up the ladder via e-mail I was contacted within hours of my email by Anthony Carbone who assured me that my needs would be resolved within 24 hours and he did. After having communication issues prior to this, it was this reach out by Anthony to make my experience what I have come to recognize and expect from BMW of Sudbury over the past 16 years of dealing with them.

Going to Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury is a great decision when looking for your next car. I walked into the dealership and was greeted within the first 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful when asking for information about the purchase of the car. Charlie was our Sales Associate and didn't miss a beat. Originally we planned to lease an X1, but finally we were convinced to lease an X3 instead. Rafael Rohden has been very professional, helpful and easy and comfortable to talk. He tried to help us by all means. We are very satisfied with the deal and hope to continue to do business with him in the future. Only one downside comment is that the time for the final sign of all the documents took way much longer than we expected (hours), maybe because of year-end busy time, but a better arrangement would be appreciated.

John, and BMW of Sudbury, did a great job in making the purchase of my third car with them an efficient process. They were accommodating when issues arose and resolved them in a fair manner that benefited both parties. John was always polite and friendly and communicated the information quickly and accurately. He is an experienced BMW representative who has excellent knowledge of the product and was able to answer my questions himself or get the answer quickly.

I saw the vehicle I wanted online. I went to BMW of Sudbury and had a very positive experience from the salesman to the business manager to the "expert" who showed me all the functionality. I also like that this dealership is located in a less congested area and that makes test driving a vehicle/less stressful/more enjoyable.
