I bought BMW Convertible and had some service need after almost a year. I called up Fahad Arshad who is sales manager in BMW of Sudbury. He not only gave me options on what work needs to be done but also made his colleague from service team call me . Service team personal was superb. Dear Yelp, I bought an $80k 2015 BMW M4 from this dealer. I was pretty sure I wanted this car the second I saw it at the dealership. I emailed Pranav G. ahead of time before I got to the dealership. He had the car ready and waiting for me when I got there to go and test drive. I recently leased a 2014 335i xdrive from Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury. I worked with Cutris Mueller. Like a lot of people, I don't relish the idea of shopping for a car. I had a problem with the car (missing option, website mistake) when it arrived from factory. Dealer ordered new car at no extra cost without questions asked. True some awesome customer experience. And it is an awesome car too!
