Pranav, I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how pleased I am with BMW Motors in Sudbury thanks to John Gallello. My wife bid on and won a toddler BMW peddle car at the “Hope Sudbury” auction a few weeks ago. It turned out that the car did not work very well for our three year old grandson as he could not reach the peddles. When I tried to adjust the peddles the car no longer worked as it gave this thumping noise when it went along. John went above and beyond to assist us, being very patient throughout all our visits, test drives, questions, dealing with three young kids and carseats -- and in the end really made an effort to work with us in purchasing our first BMW and in assisting with our Performance Center Delivery. John has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is very responsive, and willing to do whatever he can to help his customers- things like delivering a car to my house to surprise my wife and even offering to program the remote control for her garage. Highly recommend him and this dealership!

Went for a recall and everyone was very helpfull and friendly. I had to wait a few hour to get the job done and while waiting had some coffee and cake with Rita Poyatos who helped to pass time and served me great coffee while waiting.

Tomas Revetria is an excellent salesman: friendly, courteous, no pressure. He worked diligently at trying to find the right car for his client, i.e., me, based on my needs and as a result, I am know leasing a 2013 BMW 328I and it is one of the most beautiful cars I've ever had.
