We just had a very positive experience, purchasing a BMW X3. The staff was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. This was by far the best new car buying experience we've had. Alyssa was absolutely awesome and Fahad was very interested in providing a pleasant experience.

Although a bit out of the way in Sudbury, the showroom and service facilities are top notch. My salesperson John was very knowledgeable, considerate, and helpful. Everyone was responsive and pleasant, from the service person who came out to answer some arcane technical questions to the very nice lady manning the customer coffee and sweets bar (they have apples too) who opened the ice cream freezer for me. I have been looking for a car to buy for over three years. I finally decided to get a 2011 BMW 328i xDrive, Manual transmission Coupe. We had a few glitches at first, but thanks to Mr. Pranav Gill, we got through it. The dealership itself is amazing. The people are friendly, they have every amenity that you can think of. Plus some. My BMW 328xi 2011 had an issue with steering being very slow to return to its original position. Will has been assisting me as a service manager for last few visits and he has been excellent in getting the issues I have had fixed. He was very patient in listening to my concerns and taking notes on them and advising me in the right direction. Curtis spent as much time with us after the transaction as he he did before. Our experience with Curtis during the buying process was very informative and professional. His follow up after the purchase was impressive as he wanted to insure that we understood all the features of the car and helped us overcome some set up basics. We never felt like the sale was the end of the relationship or the process.
