This is the fourth BMW that my husband and I have purchased and the second at this dealership . Our experiences here have been very positive. Both Billy Hronas and Michael Arbol provided outstanding service and were most courteous.

It was a pleasant experience purchasing a Vehicle from this Dealership. Curtis knows his cars and has made sure all my queries were answered. I definitely recommend Curtis if you are in habit of wanting to know everything about the Car (by everything i mean even the lap times and 0-60's :) )

This dealership is really friendly and is very easy to work with. My sales person Curtis Mueller is very nice and helpful and knowledgable about the cars. I would recommend anyone that is looking to buy a car.

After a slight hiccup in change of sales staff, Curtis took over our sale. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and kept us up to date with the status of our car. When we went to pick up the car, he was very patient as he went over the vehicle with me while I had my infant daughter, i.e. he had to keep stopping so I could attend her. We absolutely love our new X5!

Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury is by far the best BMW dealership in New England. I just purchased my third BMW from them. I dealt with Jason Herndon which is always a positive experience. I’ve shopped around at several other BMW dealerships and none have the pricing, customer service and product knowledge that Jason and his staff do.
I had a great experience working with John to purchase my 2014 BMW 328xi. He was VERY patient and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership!
