I just bought a previously owned 2011 328xi after being referred by a friend. Very organized and friendly experience. I was very impressed with the attention to detail of the sales staff, taking there time to show me many options. I recently purchased a used Audi from the BMW of Sudbury and was blown away by my experience. I was looking at a used car that was not a BMW and was amazed at how well I was treated. I was visiting my sister from Philly, and my X5 broke down on New Year's Eve! James Crosby, and his associates listed above, treated me, a stranger from a dealership 400 miles away, like family. He arranged a loaner car so that my sister and our sons could pass the time at the Natick Mall, and had the work completed within a few hours. I had an extremely positive experience at BMW of Sudbury with Sales Advisor, Charlie Karkaetedes. Charlie answered all my questions during the initial sales visit and would get other people as needed to move the process along. After the sale was completed, Charlie would call me periodically to advise me of the build status of my vehicle including its completion and shipment to the US and, finally, Sudbury. He was very helpful with me and my wife on deciding which BMW X1 to purchase and he set up our delivery at the BMW performance center in South Carolina which was an incredible experience.
