My Countryman was totaled a few weeks ago and I was looking for a vehicle. I decided to look at pre-owned BMW 3 series. I had an appt with John, whom I had worked with in 2013 when buying the Countryman. John was great! He had several cars in mind and we test drove 2. The second car was a keeper. I had a great experience at The BMW Store. I was looking for a pre-owned bmw, slightly older than a certified. I walked onto the lot without an appointment and Mat helped me right away. Within minutes we were test driving a car I had hand picked. Every question I asked was answered to my satisfaction, and if Mat didn't know the answer he didn't lie or make something up - he went and asked a technician or the appropriate party. We recently bought our third BMW and our second working with Dean Stathes. He was an absolute pleasure to work with through all aspects of the purchase. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant, Nick was a wonderful help and went out his way to make sure I secured the vehicle that I wanted. Mr. Dubose was also very helpful and explained bed all paperwork to me and I understood all the formalities. This one of my best experiences and first; I will definitely come back when it is time to choose another vehicle.
