Recently purchased a CPO 5-series and I brought the vehicle in to fix some minor "squeaks and rattles" coming from the steering column and brakes. The BMWstore technicians were thorough in their diagnosis and fixed both issues and performed some routine maintenance. It took two days, but since I was provided a loaner, it was no trouble. When picking up my vehicle, my adviser was kind enough to spend extra time planning out the schedule for upcoming routine maintenance. It's exciting to shop for a car -- and the BMW store had many to look at. They were super patient as I took my time and asked a ton of questions. Travis did some research for me, looking for comparable cars and prices. I ended up with the perfect MINI. The dealership is very busy, so if you need to go on a Saturday I'd recommend either planning to wait awhile or choosing another day.
While shopping for a new car, I found my experience at the BMW store much more enjoyable than the other dealerships I visited. Dean was knowledgeable, and did not waste my time when it came to finalizing the purchase. The car is fantastic. My new X3 was delivered within 3 weeks of ordering from the factory, which is impressive. However, it seems that there could be some improvement in tracking the date of arrival. My date moved back 3 times, causing some disruption to my commute plans.
The team at the BMW store did an outstanding job! They respected my time constraints and managed around them. My final deal was a good value in both my trade-in and my new vehicle price. Ultimately, the test drive is what sold me on my new BMW. The follow-up after the sale has been excellent. The additions I made to the vehicle were completed quickly. The BMW Genius/Product Specialist was outstanding and either answered all my questions on the spot or found out the answers.
This was the first time I bought a car through a dealership and was an easy experience. Nick Norman was my sales person and Jemar Dubose was my finance contact. They both were top professionals to deal with. I would highly recommend working with them. I feel I received a purchase price well below Kelly Blue Book. Don’t be afraid to buy a car from The BMW Store.

I just wanted to let everyone know how much I appreciated the outstanding customer service I received from Jay Sofranec and everyone at the BMW store. I purchased a 2015 Mini Cooper and I could not me pleased with it, from the first time I walked in and drove the Mini Cooper there was no pressure to buy, that goes a long way when shopping for a vehicle.
