Great Service as Always I recently moved full time to the Asheville area. I have previously scheduled my service at BMW of Asheville when visiting my vacation home in the area. Norman Locey in the Service Department always finds time to fit me in and the service is top notch. I had an issue with a previously owned BMW. Norman contacted the BMW factory representative and got approvals that I had been requesting for months at a different dealer. Great Dealership! This is my second vehicle purchased from BMW of Asheville. During the first three years of owning my vehicle the service department has been more than accommodating, providing a loner when necessary and shuttling me to the airport about 8 times each year. My new sales person, Joshua Kem has been responsive and knowledgeable. Because the dealership has earned my confidence in the service and after sales attentiveness I have referred family and friends who have since reported they were pleased as well.
Caring for my 2002 BMW 325CiC My red BMW 325CiC convertible developed an oil leak around the oil pan. I had discussed this problem with Norm in service, and ultimately decided it was time to fix it. I was able to get an appointment on the day and time I wanted. Norm told me it would very likely take more than a day; so I scheduled to pick the car up the following afternoon. Great Service Department We appreciate the fact that Norman is able to get our car into the shop when and if needed. We live 45 minutes from the dealership so we also appreciate it that we are given a nice loaner BMW while the car is in the shop. We like our BMW X6 and the service we get so much that we have decided to buy/lease another one from this dealership.
Consistently excellent service Norm Locey has helped me with my service needs for several years now. I was in recently because my 435 called the dealership who called me to set up an oil change etc. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes giving me just enough time to talk future cars with my salesman Javier and have an item from their ice cream freezer.
