The best service department Norman and the service department simplify every aspect of service. Scheduling, transportation/loaner cars, airport transfers. He is a make it happen guy and completely removes any inconvenience from the process. I recently had an issue with my sunroof while out of town, I called Norman, he worked me in the next morning and had my car repaired sooner than expected. The positive service component of BMW Asheville keeps me as a return customer.

Great Service at BMW of Asheville We have a great relationship with Norm Lacey in the service department! He is always more than happy to accommodate our schedule since we live 1 1/2 hours away. I usually bring our yellow Labrador COOPER and we appreciate their pet friendly atmosphere.

BMWs Are the Best! BMW has been my car of choice for the past 30 years, and they are great! I'm a Realtor & put a lot of miles on a car. Keeping them serviced regularly, I never have a problem. Norman Locey sets up my service appointment when I either call or email him. He sees that my car gets in and out as promised, keeping me informed along the way. Sometimes I wait in their nice waiting area (with WiFi & charging station), and sometimes I need a loaner--which is always a new BMW. What a great experience with BMW of Ashev... read more

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I stopped at BMW of Asheville to just browse the cars they had available and test drive a BMW. Great buying experience My wife and I hate shopping for a car but this dealership changed all of that. After having been to another BMW dealership and a VW/Audi dealership, we were feeling somewhat demoralized. We called the dealer, expressed our interest in a particular vehicle and from that moment on, the whole process was easy, pleasant and very professional. Highly recommend making contact with them. Javier Escobar was our main contact, but everyone was helpful and we felt very welcome when we arrived at the dealership.

Best in Sales and Service Javier Escobar was extremely helpful in getting us the BMW exactly as we wanted it. Even getting the factory to install some non-standard options. "BMW Genius" Joshua Moniz and Steve Knupp also jumped in to help get us exactly the right car. These folks will not let you down. This is our second BMW from this dealer and will not be the last.
