Service on vacation My wife and I were on vacation when my car needed repairs. Although BMW Asheville service department was booked, Norman Locey took my name and number in case a spot opened. The next day I received a call from Norman telling me a service spot had opened. After a 20 minute diagnostic, I was told some parts would have to be overnighted and my car would be repaired the next day. Norman gave us a complimentary loaner to drive in the meantime. A Lester I appreciate the level of customer service I receive from Norman in the service department. The repairs are done well without any damage to the car. Norman is straight forward as to what is needed, the price and when it can be done. With 340,000 miles on our Z3 we care about our BMW. I have had poor service else where so know something good when I experience it.
