Norman is simply AWESOME! I have been dealing with Norman for more years than I can count – and I have NEVER been disappointed! On this last visit, Norman actually saw me returning to pick up my vehicle and met me outside with the key to my freshly-serviced and cleaned car. This is just the most recent example of how Norman goes "above and beyond".
Exceptional service Norman Locey made sure that all details were covered, and communicated very well. The technician also did his job well. They coordinate everything to make vehicle service a very easy thing.

Tip Top Service I've never liked visiting a dealership to have my car serviced, but I look forward to a visit to our local BMW of Asheville store and their top notch service representative Norm. Norm's response upon my arrival is immediate, engaging and caring.
