He is always available to answer my car questions over the phone, which means a great deal to a non car savvy type. Great experience!! Purchased a certified BMW 320i from Joshua Kem and couldn't be happier with my experience with not only Josh but BMW of Asheville as well. Also, really enjoyed talking with Steve Knupp, the General Sales Manager. Josh was really helpful explaining the different choices and options for the Series 3 and 5. I really appreciate his extra effort and experience with BMWs. As for the car, this may prove to be one of the best cars I have even gotten, except maybe my Corvette. Thank you.

Always first class! My experience with Asheville BMW has always been first class. Customer Service Norman was great. We messed up and missed our appointment and he was able to get us in within a short amount of time. Also he was very courteous and concerned about the vehicle and our family! Great to work with and feel very comfortable calling him again with any issues.

Outstanding dealership Purchased a certified BMW X3 from Jack Cummins and couldn't be happier with my experience with both Jack, the car and BMW of Asheville. My wife and I have had 2 occasions to fly out of Asheville Airport and leave our car at the dealer. That last time Jack picked us up personally in our car. Now that's going the extra mile. BMW of Asheville is 5 star all the way Jack Cummins in sales was a pleasure to work with on the purchase of our 2014 328d sport wagon.
