Norman Locey, Service Representative, Asheville NC I just wanted to spend a moment commending your service representative, Norman Locey, who does an excellent job of scheduling, following up and handling the service on my BMW 650 convertible. They do what they say they will do A long time ago I was an IBM salesman and was also involved in sales training for 2 of the largest companies in the US. Car sales people have not always been among the best. I have taken delivery of 29 new vehicles over the years and had to wait to number 29 to find the best auto salesman of all. Amazing dealership We just moved from California to Asheville, N.C. Our previous dealership was no longer an option. I really hate going to car dealerships cause of the pressure from the swarm of salesmen. When we visited BMW of Asheville we felt welcomed and extremely friendly. Excellent and Professional Service I purchased my M3 from BMW of Asheville with the help of Javier Escobar. He was very professional and worked very hard to help me with my first purchase experience from a dealership. He told me what I needed to do prior to coming to make the buying process easy.
