BMW of Asheville I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a BMW 528i from BMW of Asheville. I'd been considering a Lexus, but was dismayed to find that there was not a local dealer. Great Service! YES! The entire experience was great. My service advisor (a young man named Norman Locey) was well organized, knowledgeable, and was able to get me in and on my way quickly. My BMW 3 was purchased in Florida but was now due for service. When I called in for an appointment I was assigned a specific time-slot of 10:00 am; when I arrived I saw my name on the white board. Best Sales Experience Ever! We recently purchased a BMW Z4 from BMW of Asheville. Our salesman, Jack Cummins was such a pleasure to work with. He helped us narrow down our search for the ultimate driving machine that suited us best without any sales pressure at all.
