Great Service! YES! The entire experience was great. My service advisor (a young man named Norman Locey) was well organized, knowledgeable, and was able to get me in and on my way quickly. My BMW 3 was purchased in Florida but was now due for service. When I called in for an appointment I was assigned a specific time-slot of 10:00 am; when I arrived I saw my name on the white board.
