Hole in One I recently made a hole in one and won a two lease on a BMW. Our whole experience with BMW of Asheville was exceptional. Javier, our salesman, was the most efficient, pleasant, and informative salesman we've ever encountered! My husband said he'd hire him away from BMW if he was still in business! Thank you BMW and Javier for making my hole in one even more special!!
Tire replacement without appointment While traveling from South Carolina home to Ohio my right rear tire had a slow leak. I stopped at BMW Asheville to check the tire. They immediately checked my tire finding a screw in the tread. A new tire was needed and they checked saying they had one in stock and gave me an estimate. Great Service Our 2012 BMW was purchased in Florida. Since our move to North Carolina it has been serviced exclusevily at the Asheville BMW Dealer. The work, the facility, and the customer service, are all exceptional. Wonderful Service provided by Joel Ruff I recently had to bring my 3 series BMW GT in for its first service. Joel took my call requesting an appointment and was able to schedule me for service in my short time frame, between road trips. I had experienced several warnings and he said that there was a recall which called for some reprograming and that all the service could be performed in several hours.
