2016 Mazda CX5 Miguel was professional and was able to answer my questions on the vehicle. He did not have to involve a sales manager at the start as some automotive sales folks do. I was given a test drive and then no pressure to make the purchase. I was actually given the choice to come back the next day to make final decision. I really was impressed with this method of selling. I have yet to need a follow up with the Dealership. At this time completely satisfied.
Excellent experience!! Typically a new purchase can be a stressful, exacerbating experience. Fortunately, the folks at BMW of Crystal Lake made my experience extremely enjoyable. Couldn't be happier getting this Mazda. I was driving around a black 08 Chevy Impala SS for a few years before looking into buying something with similar power, better gas mileage and better style at the same time. Great hassle free experience. From the initial test drive of a CX-9 to the final lease paperwork Anderson Mazda got it right. Our salesperson Jordan Acevedo was awesome. Oil Change Oil change was pre-scheduled and done quickly while I waited. No pressure for other services. Service advisor was friendly, professional, and courteous. Car wash was a nice bonus!
Very friendly Eric was extremely nice and helpful. Had the car ready for me when I arrived. He even put the car up on the lift for me to inspect underneath the vehicle. Very nice and friendly atmosphere inside the dealership as well.
First time service customer We took my 2015 Mazda CX-9 in for a recall. We also needed a new key programmed. Rob in the service department was very helpful. He got everything done as promised. I will be back.
