Pre-owned purchase. Drove an hour and a half to inspect and test drive a particular make and model vehicle that was not available closer to where I live. Worked out a good trade value and pre-owned price. Very accommodating from beginning to end. James Orton was a pleasure to work with.

Easiest new car purchase ever I went in one night to basically get more information on the Mazda CX5. Jordan answered all of my questions and concerns and worked with me so well that I walked out with a brand new CX5! Jordan was very knowledgeable and so approachable that the whole new car purchase experience was the best I've ever had. He even called me the day of a very big snow fall to see how my new car handled it. Now that's service with a smile!
2nd purchase 11 years ago I purchased a BMW from Anderson. It was a very pleasant experience. That brought me back for round 2 and I bought a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring, which they had to bring in from a dealer in WI so I could get the color I wanted.
