Need to improve The loaner was nice X-3. a $1400 service bill. I had to ask for the February discount that was posted plus no car wash.
Great service Went in to compare a couple different brands of cars. Very helpful sales person who gave me pros and cons of both brands. Offered different financing options.
Great Customer Service The team is nice, friendly and calls you back! If you leave a message unlike other dealerships that forget they are in a service Industry. Crystal Lake BMW thank you for your service in my BMW for sure I will drive to to you just for service . I have one that is closer but they seem to not care. Also ED thank you very much !
Always very helpful and trustworthy My car was completed as expected . I wish my car would have cleaned before I picked it up. It still smells of burning oil from the leak I wish they could have cleaned it
If you want to feel catered to, go here Anderson BMW always takes exceptional care of me. Its not your average auto service shop. From the parts department, to service everything is well coordinated and my time is never wasted. They have a car waiting for me, and mine oulled out and ready when i return. Two thumbs up.
Just leased my new Mazda CX-5!!! Bob Miller Helped me choose my 2019 Mazda CX-5 and I'm in love with it so far! I did a lot of research and read so many awesome reviews about it before I decided to test drive. Bob is very knowledgeable and showed me all the specific features of the car to really seal the deal. In and out in an hour! Monday 2/4 I brought my BMW to Anderson without a prior appointment or phone call to have them inspect my passenger side wheels after driving over a very large pothole. Explained I was hearing/feeling a vibration from the passenger side and was unsure if i had damaged a rim or not. Recall / Mazda 6 Very pleased with how I was kept up to date while my car was being fixed free of charge by Mazda. No problems at all.
Radiator Flush and Service Rob and the staff took great care of me yesterday. BMW roadside delivered my car to Crystal Lake by mistake. Rob called and was Very supportive and accommodating. The service team was able to get my car in with no advanced warning or planning, accomplished the service and arranged for transportation to get me and my car back home. Exceeded My Expectations.
