BMW delivery Michelle Canova did a great job handling every aspect of our delivery. Sales Manager Tim Conlon introduced himself and offered anything we needed. However, the reason we even chose to do business in Crystal Lake rather than Rockford is due to Dan Brzozowski who we followed from a previous dealership. He knows how to tick all the customer service boxes. Rich Spears made the paperwork a breeze.
Great service It was my first experience with BMW service and it went very smoothly. They had my car back to me when they said they would and they made an effort to look at my warranty to make sure the service was covered.

No Hassle Car Buying Experience Jordan was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Very patient! Totally low to no pressure when we walked into the Dealership to look at a CX-9. Went for a test drive and Jordan came along and answered all of our questions (I had quite a few). Wasn't planning on buying a car that day but we did and I couldn't be happier. Great follow-up, great management, great dealership. My first experience with Mazda, sure not to be the last.

Out of town buyer I found a perfect vehicle at this dealership but happened to live about 6.5 hours away. I started my search via emails with the dealership and they were very responsive. The even aided me in sending me additional photos because no photos were online yet because the car had just been acquired as a trade in.
