Terrific experience buying a car I???ve bought many a cars over the years. Each of those experiences have always been in a word; bad. Very helpful staff and good service I had an appointment to get recalls done at this BMW dealership. The service was excellent and took about same time as estmated. I opted to wait at the waiting area while service was done. The staff at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. The waiting area was also nice and comfortable.
