Long Distance After contacting the dealership from Sioux City Iowa, 442 miles away, I was impressed from the first contact. Being so far away and not being able to see the truck personally, I asked for better and more detailed pictures, done! Got another great car with great service I have been with Anderson BMW in Crystal Lake Il for about 18 years, on my 7th BMW some convertible some sedan with them. Happy to join the Mazda family After looking a couple dealerships, I was happy I chose Anderson to work with for my first Mazda purchase. It was great to meet and work with Bob. Helped me see different options with the CX-5, ultimately settling on the best choice for me. Great experience in Crystal Lake Arrived at the dealership already having agreed on a vehicle and target price. Did not get the run around and they honored the quote they gave me with no further haggling. Everyone we dealt with was polite and respectful, even on a busy day like was the case when we were there. Overall a pleasant experience and would not hesitate to recommend.
Worked hard for me I just leased a new Mazda3 from this dealership. They worked hard to find the best lease offer available and to get me approved for a lower payment. The other huge win was how quick the process was. We worked out the pricing before I got to the store and when I went in to finish the deal I was in and out in an hour. The longest part was when they took the car to get it detailed and filled the tank.

Great Service I did not buy my vehicle from this dealership but they treated me as if I did. Friendly staff, quick diagnosis and they washed my car!!
