We were deciding between the BMW X3 and Audi Q5. We decided on the X3 not so much because of the car but because of Nan. We knew we were going to get great service with Nan. She is that good. That is our second car with Nan. Our first car buying experience with her was in 2008 for a 2007 328i certified. She was great then, she is great now!

Nan Wong is the BEST!! Her customer service approach is truly top notch! Nan and the team at Passport made my purchase experience better than ever. We spoke on the phone prior to my visit and when I arrived, she had the exact car I was looking for sitting out front all ready for me to test drive. The entire process was "painless"! Even down to calling my insurance company for me and having them fax over the new policy before I even drove off the lot. I highly recommend Nan to anyone seeking to purchase a BMW!!

I had a fantastic service experience ordering a new Z-4 for my wife. She loves it and the whole process was handled to perfection. We bought it in Dec 2012. Our sales person was Ed Han the same one we bought another new Z-4 from four years earlier in 2007. I came back because of him and we will back again in another four years again. My wife only drives it roughly 3000 miles a year but she loves the new one with the navigation system and the hard top much more than the 2007 one. Well done!
