Brandon Kim was very helpful and friendly during the process of buying the car. He explained everything I wanted to know. He also followed up with me by phone calls and emails to answer all my questions. I'm very satisfied with his performance and I recommend this dealer and this dealership. Brandon was professional and he gave us a very good price to earn our business.
My first BMW purchase at Passport BMW was from a salesman named Joe Long. Everything he promised was delivered, and more. He even drove to my home to accomodate me on more than one occasion. I came to Passport to look at a Used SUV and was impressed with the services of Brandon Kim and Passport BMW. The treated me like I was buying a new BMW when I was buying a used Jeep. I would recommend Passport BMW and Brandon Kim if you are in the market for a vehicle.
I found a used car on Passport BMW's website on a tuesday. They hadn't received the car yet and told me that it would be available by Friday. Due to the holiday (Christmas), I couldn't get to the dealership until Monday. this is the 5th BMW I have bought from Passport...despite being on the wrong side of the river(I live in VA) the dealership goes out of its way to accomodate you for both the purchase and most importantly service,from my perspective passport has the most convenient "Concierge Service" that brings a loaner BMW to wherever you are and returns your car when its done...this is genius and far and away a clear differentiator! Nan Wong is awesome. She does not oversell or pressure, but explains the features of each car very succintly and accurately. She is also extremely helpful in every phase of the sale process, and even delivered my car to my home and then spent over an hour with me explaining the features on the car. Nan Wong was our Santa Claus this year. Because of her patience, care, and flexibility my 16.5 year old sister celebrated a Christmas to remember with her new 04 Lexus RX330. Years ago my family purchased 3 cars from Tony Gore at Passport BMW. Everything was straight forward. The deal was excellent and his service was great. When her retired I was truly saddened and I assumed this was the end of the line working with Passport. Boy was I ever wrong.
