I had the most amazing experience at Passport BMW. I bought my last BMW from a different dealership and Passport is hands down the best overall BMW dealership I have experienced. The facility is new and beautiful. I was able to get the exact car I wanted at a great price and fast. My salesperson, Nan Wong, is the absolute best. She is super efficient, professional and a really nice person. Customer service is definitely of the uttmost importance at Passport BMW. I won't go anywhere else!
I recently purchased a 2012 BMW 640i from Passport BMW after visiting 4 other dealers. None of the other dealers were able to locate the car that I wanted. Nan Wong went out of her way, making numerous calls and inquiries tracking down just the right car for me. Four other dealers found no options for me. I was in the market for an X5 and knew the specs I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. Annamarie found the car I wanted, we traded e-mails and couple of phone calls and the deal was done basically in one hour. It was a total no hassle experience vs other dealerships I had been dealing with earlier. My salesman John Dugan and my finance manager Marco Ugalde were GREAT. These guys went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend both them and the dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. Passport BMW is by far the best dealership that I've ever entered. Passport BMW is a class operation. My buying experience was professional from the beginning when I was just gathering information up to and including the sale. I dealt with several sales people over a period of months, who were all very helpful, providing all the information I needed and not pushing to close a sale. I highly recommend Passport BMW.
Searching for your next car is never an easy task. Brandon Kim was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. He also explained some of the features in the BMW X3 I bought. I love this car and it was a great purchase. I'm a car enthusiast and buy several nearly new interesting and fun cars annually just for my own enjoyment.
