Quick and Correct Service. The servcie process was very quick and orderly. My loaner was clean and operated smoothly. the vehilce was returned to be cleaned and fixed properly.

GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE I had been dealing with one other dealer, in person, and a couple other dealers online. Elmhurst BMW played no games, gave be a great deal from the beginning, and made the whole experience easy, pleasant, and just did not act like your typical car sales people! UPDATE ("I pay attention to every line item") Since submitting these comments, I was contacted by Elmhurst BMW's Service Manager via both email and phone. He not only explained the charges, but offered to refund them or provide me with a complimentary service. I have always received superior service from this dealership and this was no exception. Superb BMW Dealership - Great Sales and Service Everything was done professionally with a great attitude. Elmhurst BMW is the finest BMW dealership in the Chicago area based upon my experience having driven BMWs since 2001. We have purchased 4 BMWs here and they service our cars.
