I must still be getting used to my 2014 550xi, as it incurred a second case of curb rash on Thanksgiving day (totally my fault). I called Perillo the next day, dropped the car off on Monday, and it was like new again in short order. In both cases, the repairs were carried out in very short order, and I feel I was treated the way a customer should be. I was very impressed with the level of service for my 2007 BMW 328xi. Alex kept me informed and up to date with the status, coordinated with my 3rd party warranty, and arranged a loaner. Couldn't have been better.

Went in for my heater giving out a bad smell, it was fixed very fast!!! Danetter is great at what she does, definitely recommend this dealer for any of your service.

This is the 9th car buying experience I've had over my life. I typically lease and get a new car every 3 years. It is the first time with BMW (had a number of Acura's). I live in the city so I visited Perillo and really not sure how BMW would represent their product and how expensive it would wind up being. I’ve purchased five, now six, vehicles from Perillo and before this purchase I traded my fifth BMW for another luxury brand. I can honestly say my buying experience w/ Perillo was far more superior to the other luxury brand buying experience. Glad to be back!

I contacted Perillo BMW via email to get a price on a new i3 (Mega World), which they had in stock. Not only was Alan from Perillo able to give me a great price, but he was very responsive and thorough, answering all my questions and concerns. I had a Un4gettable driving event rebate, which had expired by a month - Alan went the extra mile to contact BMW NA and arrange this rebate to be extended. My entire buying experience from start to finish was quick and painless. I saw a vehicle I was interested in and checked on availability with Chris. When I came in, Jason took over to show me the vehicle, its functions and highlights, and then we went for a test drive. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. All questions and concerns were answered and addressed. I have no hesitations coming back for future purchases and look forward to working with Jason and Chris again.

I took my car in for it's scheduled maintenance. I was able to get a convenient appointment time and the car was done in a few hours. A positive experience overall. They also didn't try to sell me an unnecessary work, which I appreciated.
