"No problems" Own a 2015 X5, and previously an X3 both serviced here. Under warranty everything is included; after it gets pricey quickly, as is the case with everything. If its a quick item (i.e. tire pressure) you can usually just drop in for a 15 mins. Larger issues (i.e. battery replacement) take 1-3 days. Despite some of the other reviews, the loaner process is fast and easy. If you don't want/need the loaner they will give you a ride to work! "Great price and service" I bought my CPO M6 from Perillo BMW as well as a number of other cars in the past. I’ve had nothing but excellent service from everyone that works there. I’m honestly sort of shocked that there are bad reviews on this site.. I wouldn’t buy a BMW from anyone else. Service has always been great also!
Jason Goetz was a great salesman. Laid back and not too pushy. Answered questions, facilitated things nicely, accessible by email and phone. Would definitely buy from again, except that he works for Perillo, and I'm not too keen on supporting Perillo again. But if you must go to Perillo, go with Goetz. NOTE: 5 star rating for Jason is 5. Perillo is 0-1.
On my arrival, I was warmly greeted and then Brad took over and did a great job explaining the warranty work and followed up, calling me to let me know that he checked my 2013 BMW 535I out and all work needed was done except a part that he ordered and vehicle would be ready the next day. I was referred to Perillo BMW when considering a trade in at the end of my current 3/yr lease. I was greeted immediately, given laser focus, undivided attention. I cannot compliment enough Jason Goetz, the Client Advisor at BMW, that assisted me in finding a new car. Of course it is always exciting to get a new car but it can be a very long drawn out tedious process. Ken was an EXCELLENT salesman who was extremely easy to get along with! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a BMW. I was in a time crunch due to relocation purpose and he made my CPO purchase as smooth as can be expected! Should win salesman of the year!!

Ken Reffsin and the staff at Perillo BMW couldn't have made my CPO purchase any better. Not only did I get a great price on a CPO Ken and his team were all very friendly, helpful, and on the ball answering my questions and making the process fast and painless. Purchasing a vehicle from Ken was by far my best car buying experience!
