Mahmoud has been my go to guy at Perillo for my last two BMWs. He is very detailed oriented, focused on my needs, and goes out of his way to check in and make sure everything is going as expected. I've recommended him several times and encourage anyone who is considering BMW to seek out Mahmoud.

The only thing I regret about working with Perillo BMW is that I didn't find them sooner! Their service department is top notch -- Brad always brings his "A" game. Appointments are available almost immediately (if a loaner isn't needed), and my car was ready within 1.5 days -- on-time as promised. Looking forward to many more BMWs (sold to me by Ken) and great service experiences!

Getting a car serviced should be as quick and painless as possible. That is definitely the case at Perillo. Alex is very knowledgable and explained what services would be completed and answered some feature questions. They called when the car was ready and I was able to pick it up without delay. Awesome experience.

I needed replacement wiper blades for my X1 and Mario made sure my experience was fast and easy. A phone call followed by a quick trip to Perillo, where I waited about 10 minutes from start to finish was all that was needed to get the job done. I was impressed.

I have a long story, but in short Peter Mers, Ken Cepican, and Caesar are to be commended for their quality, collaborative, customer service.
