We bought a new car and Mary Keller was awesome. She helped us without pressuring us and had everything done in a very timely manner.

I had a great experience overall at Ferman BMW. I normally dread dealing on a car but Alex Wolf made my experience very very comfortable and I believe he got me a fair and straight forward deal.. that is the most important part of my experience! We visit Clearwater from Philadelphia every spring to see our Phillies and spring training baseball. This year the Conditon Based Maintenace system on our X1 called for regular service just as we arrived. The Service Department at Ferman BMW made a spot for us and set us up with James. Our X1 was taken care of and it was reassuring to know everything was inspected for the long drive back to Philly. Fermans is on our contact list for any future needs while at Spring Training in the future!
