Needed to purchase an suv with a quick turn around time as my car was completely dead. Gary met us late Saturday and showed us several features of the BMW X3. He was super friendly and no pressure. Managing the car buying experience with a 5-month old is not an easy feat. Needless to say Gary and his team did an amazing job of communicating with us and getting us in and out. After purchasing a new 230 BMW problems arose which could not be diagnosed. After waiting several weeks I exchanged the 230 for an X1. Corporate could not diagnose the problem. It took approximately one month for BMW corporate to compensate the dealership to make the vehicle exchange happen. I have no complaint with Ferman but feel that BMW corporate took too long to address this problem. We just purchased a 2015 X5 certified preowned SUV from Gary Mack and had a terrific experience. Prior experience with the Ferman dealership was unacceptable. Robert's professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. Coupled with excellent communication skills it was a pleasure working with him.
I arrived at the dealership in a miserable state I had the flu and just needed to be in and out. Gary Mack was very empathetic and courteous about my state, he went out of his way to cater to all of our needs and questions. The deal proposed and accepted was more than reasonable. 10/10 for Gary Mack and my experience buying a car at Ferman BMW.
