This is the second car that my family has bought from Ferman BMW. Everyone is friendly and a pleasure to work with. No one pressured us into buying a vehicle. It was our second car with Steve Vendren. He's great-friendly and knowledgeable. He really went above and beyond for us on the deal-it was fantastic plus reviewed all the fun features of the car and even set up our Bluetooth. He has unbelievable knowledge of the cars, history, their performance and even quirks. If you're a gearhead or love a good deal, he's the guy for you. Erin in finance was very personable and friendly. She was organized and ready for us-made it quick!!
