This is the second car that my family has bought from Ferman BMW. Everyone is friendly and a pleasure to work with. No one pressured us into buying a vehicle. Took our current leased BMW in for service and the entire sales team from Tomas to Alex to Karl to the finance manager, were prepared to work with us to upgrade our lease and get us into a new car. I went in to purchase a used BMW from Ferman BMW and I was very satisfied with my experience. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. I felt I wasn't treated any differently buying a used car than someone buying a new 2018. Highly recommended!

The team at Ferman makes the buying experience easy and efficient. Robert (sales) is extremely thorough, giving just the right amount of detail, and made sure things moved smoothly throughout the transaction. The tech guys were super helpful in their walkthrough of the car's various technologies. Finance was presented very clearly and efficiently. It was our second car with Steve Vendren. He's great-friendly and knowledgeable. He really went above and beyond for us on the deal-it was fantastic plus reviewed all the fun features of the car and even set up our Bluetooth. He has unbelievable knowledge of the cars, history, their performance and even quirks. If you're a gearhead or love a good deal, he's the guy for you.
