On December 27th, we ordered a 2018 330e for our daughter as a college graduation gift. From beginning to end the experience was fabulous. We tracked the progress of the order via the “MyBMW” website. The BMW Genius hotline even gave us the name of the cargo ship that her car was loaded onto in Munich. I was welcomed as a Family member. No appointment No problem. There is a nail in the right front tire. I was advised very professionally that our BMW is also due for scheduled services that are covered by warranty. The tire is not overpriced, so I decided to replace both front tires. At 37,000 miles rhey are borh almost due for replacement. Thank you to the entire Ferman BMW team!
I brought my vehicle in for a maintenance appointment. I casually mentioned that one of the belts seem to them in making a noise. They immediately jumped on the issue and kept the car overnight to make sure that it was ready for a road trip. I appreciate the service
We had a great experience at Ferman today. Our service rep, Cesar was the best. All staff was extremely friendly and the dealership is very well kept and comfortable.
