Sales man (Dan) listened to what I actually wanted, got me what I wanted and more.. I bought the car sight unseen and it was perfect as described by dan. Felt very comfortable buying from ferman bmw.
Doug came through for me, I had a nail in the tire and it was a Saturday morning. He was able to fix my tire for the weekend.
Everybody there are very helpful and polite, especially Mr. Cesar Tereso, who takes care of our cars. The service was good and they wants to know if everything went well. we are very satisfied with Ferman BMW Palm Harbor especially Cesar.
Dan Macdonald is by far one of the better salesman at Ferman BMW. As a first time buyer he did not make me feel pressured or stressed about the process. Dan always answered my calls and was on time about minor repairs that the car needed before sale. The staff always greeted with a smile and offered snacks and drinks while waiting for paperwork. Jimmy and the rest of the staff at Ferman are top notch! I’ve met and dealt with almost a dozen of the employees at Ferman BMW, the professionalism and customer service is more consistenty positive than any other dealer I’ve used. I moved miles further from Ferman and closer to others, but will continue using Ferman. Thank you for the great service.

Jimmy Whaley was great to work with and helped me work through getting my car fixed. He did a great job communicating with me and worked hard to get my third party warranty company to cooperate. Even though the warranty company didn't cover the repairs, Jimmy made sure I (the customer) was taken care of. Thank you Jimmy
Cesar was the best Service Advisor I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Unlike other Advisors I’ve had in the past Cesar was very proactive. Not once did I have to follow up with him because he always kept me up to date the entire time Ferman had my car. It was nice to not have to do my own job and someone else’s for a change! I would recommend Cesar to anyone taking their vehicle to Ferman BMW!
