Just had my 535 i repaired today. Yesterday, all of a sudden, my driver door didn't open anymore after unlocking the car. I texted Cesar my problem; he took me in today and had it fixed right away. Great job done!

No one likes having to take time out of their schedule to get their car serviced, but Nick somehow made it refreshingly enjoyable. He was very kind, thorough, and answered all my questions without being impatient (I had a lot as I know nothing about cars). I will absolutely continue to come back here after working with him!

I dealt with client advisor Jamie Byrd who proved to be excellent to deal with and readily fixed my problem in which two other dealers were unable to repair. All staff are customer focused and should be commended and as a result of this positive experience I will continue to deal with only Ferman BMW.
I always have the best service at Ferman. My service advisor, Jimmy, is always accommodating, making sure to schedule my intake and pick up to accommodate a single mom’s schedule. Jimmy always goes above and beyond expectations to make sure I am aware of the status of my vehicle at all times. Even removing my car seat and other personal belongings I need when service is taking longer than expected. I would recommend Jimmy and Ferman or anyone looking for care for their vehicle.
