I had a easy day buying a used x3 from Dan Macdonald. It was a Saturday and there was a full house. They supplied bbq, and espresso during the quest for my new wheels. will return when need be. Also enjoyed learning about the history of the Ferman franchise. Thanks Joe, Palmetto
This is our 3rd BMW and we bought all the from Ferman of Palm Harbor. There has never been a reason to go anywhere else. Gary Mack sold us our last two cars and he's is a complete pleasure to work with. Everybody we have encountered at Ferman BMW has made car buying a pleasant experience over the years. I`ve been dealing with Fermans for many years, in fact one of the managers at BMW Ferman Karl (Alvarez) on his very first day as a salesman 25 years ago approached my daughter and myself asking if he could help us, I could see he was a little nervous, first day, first sale, so I put my arm around him and said "Don`t worry we can do this". I was in a very bad spot with my car. I was upside down and repairs were stacking up. Robert and Karl both stepped up and helped me when other dealers wouldnt give me the time of day. They got me out frome under my old car and into a brand new car that I am absolutely in love with. I would highly recommend Ferman BMW for future car buyers.
Darlene helped me on very short notice. She was thorough and knowledgeable. This was my best service experience with ferman. Darlene is definately a keeper.
