Great experience overall. Brian Gains was the best salesman we’ve ever dealt with. Detailing took far too long, but the wait was worth it.. thanks to the entire Ferman BMW team, to include Al (Semper Fi) and Bobby.

Robert Chodorowski at Ferman is nothing short of incredible. I have worked with Robert over the years on a few deals and am so happy to have him as a partner during my car buying process. Our last purchase was an X5 for my parents. It was a bit challenging to have them choose between the variety of vehicles available at the dealership. All went perfectly smoothly. From ordering a brand new customize BMW. To Alex showing us all the features to Erin handling the finances. But Mary their sales person was the best I have dealt with. Ask for her. You will thank me ! Great job team ferman bmw.

I have to split my review into two parts: the price negotiation and the service once the same was made. The service after the sale was made was great. Everything you'd expect from a higher-end brand. The staff was courteous and enthusiastic about the product and went out of their way to show it. The sales/price negotiation piece was very off-putting, but not in any way that's unique to Ferman. Steven was a pleasure to work with at Furman. He knows his cars well and gave us good advice when choosing a car to meet our needs. He made the sale seamless. Bobby in finance was also very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the sales details. And of course, we love our beautiful brand new 740i Beamer!!
