Robert Chodorowski at Ferman is nothing short of incredible. I have worked with Robert over the years on a few deals and am so happy to have him as a partner during my car buying process. I have to split my review into two parts: the price negotiation and the service once the same was made. The service after the sale was made was great. Everything you'd expect from a higher-end brand. The staff was courteous and enthusiastic about the product and went out of their way to show it. The sales/price negotiation piece was very off-putting, but not in any way that's unique to Ferman.
