I’ve worked in management with Bank of America over 20 years and managed with Burdines (Now Macy”s) before that. Great customer service has always been top priority for me. I’ve even taught my children to expect it. My experience with Robert and Ferman BMW was on another level. Red carpet treatment and an experience I will share with others for sure. I recently leased a BMW 430i from Gary Mack with Ferman BMW. This is the second time I have leased from the dealership with Gary as my salesperson. The reason I returned??? The service and the people are amazing. From the sales people, the secretarial staff, the service department. This entire business is A++++.

We found the car online. We liked it and called the salesman Brian on the way to be sure it was still available. He had it pulled up in a dry spot waiting for us when we got there. We took it for a test drive and they quickly assessed my vehicle for a trade in. We quickly came to an agreement on a price and we were out of there within the hour. Toby was great in showing us the options and how they work before we left. Overall a great experience and would recommend. Bottom line, they are not pushy and met our price point.

This was my 4th BMW purchased from Ferman BMW with the help from Gary Mack. The dealership is always very organised with a friendly staff. Gary Mack is an excellent sales person who really knows his cars, is not pushy, but sells with a fun sense of humor. I have been looking at this vehicle for awhile, admiring on the screen of my phone. But, when I decided to inquire about it, Dan McDonald was very helpful and made certain he was the help that I needed. I really appreciated his efforts in pointing me towards the right direction and today, I own my finest car to date. He delivered this Genesis the right way and while I was there his hospitality was awesome. He is great at his job! A real MVP.
