Alex at ferman BMW was incredibly helpful, and hands down the best person I’ve delt with when purchasing a car. He helped my wife find the exact car she wanted and went above and beyond anything I’ve seen before. I will be back for my next car. They’ve gained a customer for life.

As a young father to a 11-month old, I wanted to reward myself with a pre-owned BMW sedan, 3-series or 5-series. But, my wife wanted a practical and decent SUV. Dan McDonald did a great job in helping me find the car that I was looking for and get the deal that I was looking for. Between him and Mickey the sales manager, they did a really good job in trying to accommodate my needs and address any concerns that I had. very patient and didn't really put any pressure on me to make a decision. Spoke to Richard Lambert the sales manager by telephone in the morning and told him I saw the vehicle that fit my needs perfectly online and after working out the purchase details, informed him nothing could change regarding the terms we discussed or the deal was not going to work.
