The service was courteous and fast. They had to order a part so they gave us a loaner and called us when our car was ready.
I bought the ding & scratch removal option with my new 535I, and boy, I'm glad I did. The ding in my two-week-old car was fixed so well, I couldn't tell where it was. Highly recommended!

I had excellent service from both Charles Drivas and Kenneth Russell in servicing my car and re-installing my mini car's Bluetooth. Charles Drivas was very polite, organized and thoroughly communicated to me what needed to be completed for my mini's annual checkup. He was helpful with information on a needed bike rack for my 2015 model and directions on where I wanted to go while my car was serviced. As a long time BMW driver, it doesn't take a lot of convincing to sell me on the value of the vehicle. With so many dealership options in the Tampa area, I am so happy I chose to work with Mary Keller and decided to buy from her for the 2nd time. Even though I have been driving a 328 since 1998, Mary still takes time to ensure I know all of the features and benefits of my new vehicle. Excellent service and follow up post sale by both Mary and Sam. They are both great assets to your organization!
