I can't say enough about how wonderful Ferman BMW is as far as customer service, service and the customer waiting area. I unfortunately bought my car at Bert Smith since it was 5 min. from my house but EVERY experience since purchase have been an absolute nightmare with them. I drive from St. Petersburg to Ferman for their excellent service.
