It was a pleasure doing business with Ferman BMW. I got a great deal on an awesome 2012 750i. Everyone I met was very professional, helpful and friendly. Sales Consultant Gary Mack was outstanding. He even emailed me a week later asking how I liked the car and offered to help with any questions I might have.
After having a company car for over 10 years, I had to purchase a vehicle on my own. Gary Mack made the experience easy and actually enjoyable. He listened to my needs and wants and provided exceptional service. After I drove away with my new 328i BMW, he continued to reach out to make sure that I was happy and comfortable with my new drive.
This is my third 328i that I bought from Mary. She has the most professional and curtious sale attitude ever. She also follows up after the sale has been completed. Mary makes the customer feels like family. Kenny the genius is really a genius. The mannerism he displays is like no other . He is so enthusiastic about what he does and how he does it. Amanda Oetker was absolutely amazing!!! This was my first time in a BMW and she was really helpful and really took out the time to help me find what I was looking for. Was at Ferman's to buy a used Porsche 911s - was treated extremely well by all the sales staff and I felt that there were very professional and friendly through the whole buying process and was not pressurised into buying their car. I recently purchased my 4th BMW from Ferman, a 2016 Carbon Black X4 with Saddle interior. I had taken my 2014 X1 in for servicing and saw this vehicle on the showroom floor.
