I have a 2014 BMW 328i which I adore. On Memorial Day I bought a new Verizon telephone and couldn't get my BMW's blue tooth to pair with my new phone. My first thought was to call Kenny Russell, the BMW genius. He knew right away what the problem was but said the shop was closing in 15 minutes and we were to far away to get their on time. He offered to put a blue tooth upgrade on a flash drive and drive half way to meet us and install the upgrade in my BMW and he did just that on a Holiday in the evening.
